Florida Highwaymen Style Sunset Landscape Painting. This was found in Palm Beach County in South Florida. The painting is unsigned. The canvas itself measures 18” wide x 14” tall. Old Grumbacher canvas/stretcher and wood frame. Has the feeling of an old Highwaymen painting. I was able to find a few that looked similar (ish) and did also learn that not all were signed. The “G. Sol” in silver marker is throwing me (maybe a previous owner)? Regardless it is a nicely composed painting which will compliment your MCM or tiki decor. Condition is good, no damage but quite dusty. The frame needs a little gluing and tlc to make it sturdier but it’s original to the art and worth saving. Please ask any and all questions prior to offer or purchase.
